Hospitals and Clinics who use the Medivators® Scope Disinfectors or Olympus Disinfector have limited options for service as well as the consumables utilized. We have the expertise in the industry to support our customers at a far more reasonable cost than the manufacturer and other third parties.
Our goal is to give the best valued option for maintenance service, enzymatic detergents, filters, and flushing adapters.
Lance Wolf is Supply4GI’s Service Department and Company Manager who focuses on maintaining quality service for our customers. Reliability, dependability, and promptness are just a few of the standards established over the 10 years of exclusive customer service on the Medivators/Olympus Scope Reprocessor equipment.
Before obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering he worked as a service department and sales operations manager for the DSD/MV/CER model scope reprocessors. He also worked several years as a technical service engineer and in-house technician for the Manufacturer of these units. This experience includes on-site training for personnel on how to use the equipment, technical support, maintenance, service planning, service contracts, and consumables related to equipment. (detergents, disinfectants, filters)
He served four years active duty as an Aviation Electrician for the U.S. Navy and continues to serve in the Navy Reserve. His hobbies include exercising, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Rusty Letson is the Company’s Marketing and Customer Service Manager. He plays a critical role in maintaining the company’s budget, customer relationships, and marketing to current and potential customers. Having 8 plus years managing small and large accounts for franchisee’s, customers, and loan adviser for small corporations within and out of the medical field makes him a great asset to our staff.
He has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Management from MSU Mankato. His first position upon graduation was with Medivators Inc. As the point of contact for the Medivator’s Technical Service department, he quickly proved to be irreplaceable. He pioneered the position which is now a critical to the service department’s customer service process. All service quotes and approvals were filtered through him between the customer and service technicians.
Some of his favorite hobbies are traveling, fishing, hunting, and beach volleyball.
Brent Juillerat our National Sales Manager is responsible for strategic growth, new business development and client relationships. He has a combined experience of more than 10 years in the sales industry, not only as a sales representative, but also as Manager to help train and commit employees to a high level of success in sales. His expertise includes maintaining business clientele over a large account territory to provide excellent Customer service and ensuring a high level of Customer satisfaction.
Since 2010, he has worked directly in the healthcare environment, selling GI products and services. He is also a supporter of the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, Inc. (SGNA) and has attended conferences regularly.
He is a graduate of Anoka Ramsey Community College with a degree in Bussiness Management. He grew up in northwest suburb of the Minneapolis, MN area and currently resides there. A few of his hobbies include fishing, skiing, going to the family cabin, and watching the Minnesota Vikings try to play football.
